We are Beneath the Canopy, a company based in East Sussex that specialises in luxury bell tent hire.

Over the last 7 years, we have provided our beautiful canvas villages to weddings, parties, festivals, retreats and corporate events, meaning we have a huge amount of experience in event management, teamed with a massive love for the great outdoors.

As of 2024 onwards, we are pleased to announce that we are now exclusively at two wonderful fixed locations in Sussex and Kent, offering our 5-metre babies as the perfect glamping solution to your upcoming hen and stag parties, birthdays and other small celebrations, baby showers, retreats, or just your standard family and friends get-togethers under the stars!

What our clients say

We booked 3 x sleeping bell tents and a chill-out tent for our friends hen do in August 2021. Elise and Rachel were really friendly and helpful regarding our booking, they even arranged to meet us on the site to help give us an idea of what to expect. We had to amend our guest numbers a couple of times and they were more than accommodating. The tents were all set up upon check-in, with beautifully made floral bedding, cute bunting and fairy lights in each tent. Our guests were absolutely made up with this and the little guest packs on each bed! Other special touches such as the fragrances in each tent really added a homely touch which we loved. We were provided with plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. which was fab, and the fridge freezer, camping stove and firepit were so useful! The welcome drinks were another special extra. Thanks again to Elise and Rachel for your help with our wonderful hen do weekend! Everyone has said they couldn't have been happier.

The team here are incredible! They helped us organise a hen do with minimal time thanks to government restrictions cancelling our original get away. In 48 hours, we had everything locked in. They were attentive, full of helpful resources and we couldn't have asked for more. When we arrived, the glamp site was stunning and the breakfast hamper was brilliant. Thanks so much!
